The project launch of the second phase takes place in 2007, with four contemporary houses designed by renowned Scandinavian architects Thomas Sandell, Gert Wingårdh and Einar Jarmund/Håkon Vigsnæs.
«I wanted to create the Scandinavian dream of what architecture should look like in a Mediterranean country» (Thomas Sandell, architect) With a modern interpretation of traditional houses in Bodrum in a project of in total 78 houses, comprising of 4 different types.
